Adult Class

Ages 16 and up

 
  Our adult classes are open to any skill set you may have, our Sensei's will work with you to understand your comfort level and get you working with the other students quickly.
We currently offer three classes a week for adult students, please go to our contact us page to see our weekly schedule or to get in touch with us with any questions you may have.

Monday Classes – Sport Jiu-Jitsu

Thursday Classes – Sport Jiu-Jitsu

Sunday Classes – Open Session, Grappling and Sparring. Be ready for 2 ½ hours of Jiu-Jitsu, it offers a great work-out and a time to practice what you learned during the week.
